Meeting
Deb Taylor called the meeting to order at approximately 6:08 p.m. in a foyer in the Plymouth Congregational Church, 925 Vermont. Minutes of the July 8, 2009 meeting were presented. Mike made and Cynthia seconded a motion to accept the minutes; they were approved on a voice vote.
The Board continued its discussion on the Festival of Cultures. Last-minute checks were on making sure we had access to the tables and chairs from the Islamic Center (Baha, Asra) and St Johns (Carlos, Susan). Cynthia and Susan agreed to handle registration/greet people at the Alliance table. Deb and Lydia stated that all tasks had been completed.
Adjournment
Mike made and Baha seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting at approximately 7:08 p.m. The motion was approved on a voice vote.
